2. Information we collect
a. Information you give us directly. When you contact us, request a booking, or complete a form, we may collect:
- Name
- Phone number
- Email address
- Service address / location for your appointment
- Group size and event details (e.g., bachelorette party, group booking)
- Any message, request, or preferences you provide
- Booking, appointment, and payment information you submit through our booking provider
b. Health-related information. Because we provide a health-related service, our booking and intake provider may collect health information you choose to share (for example, on medical intake or consent forms) so that our licensed nurse can safely provide care. This information is collected and stored through our booking provider's systems, not through general Site analytics. We handle it in accordance with applicable law and only use it to provide and document your care.
c. Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our analytics/advertising providers may automatically collect:
- IP address and general location
- Browser type and device information
- Pages viewed, links clicked, and time on site
- Referring website or ad
- Cookies and similar technologies (see Section 6)
3. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiries and provide the services you request
- Schedule, confirm, and manage your appointments and group bookings
- Process payments and deposits
- Send you appointment messages by text or email: confirmations, links to your health forms, reminders and updates, receipts, and a follow-up after your visit (which may ask for a review)
- With your consent, email you occasional news or offers (every such email has an unsubscribe link). We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
- Provide safe clinical care through our licensed nurse
- Understand how the Site is used and improve it
- Measure and improve our advertising
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Text messages (SMS) and contact consent
If you provide your phone number and opt in — for example by checking the text-message consent box when you book, by texting us first, or by giving verbal consent during a call or visit (which we document) — you consent to receive appointment text messages from Iso IV Hydration at 954-440-5077: booking confirmations, form links, reminders and updates, receipts, and a follow-up after your visit. - Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies, up to 10 messages per week.

- The information (phone numbers) obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes; text-messaging opt-in data and consent are excluded from every sharing category in this policy.
5. How we share information
We share information only as needed to run our business, including with:
- Booking, scheduling, and payment provider — Vagaro: to manage appointments, intake/consent forms, and process payments and deposits. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor, not stored by us.
- Analytics — Google Analytics: to understand Site usage.
- Advertising — Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel: to measure and improve our ads and, in some cases, show you relevant ads. These providers may set cookies and receive information about your interactions with the Site.
- Phone and text-message provider: to place calls and to send and receive appointment texts. Your phone number and messages are shared with it only to deliver them, never for marketing.
- Service providers who help us operate the Site and business (e.g., hosting, email).
- Legal and safety: when required by law, to respond to legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Iso IV, our clients, or others.
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Each third-party provider has its own privacy policy governing its use of your information.
6. Cookies and tracking technologies
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies (including through Google Analytics, Google Ads, and the Meta Pixel) to remember your preferences, measure traffic, and support advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings and can opt out of certain advertising tracking through tools such as Google Ads Settings, the Meta ad preferences, and industry opt-out pages. Blocking some cookies may affect how the Site works.
7. Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy — to provide services, maintain business and appointment records, comply with legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations, and resolve disputes. Health and clinical records are retained for the period required by applicable law. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

The Site and our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18 without appropriate parental or guardian consent. If you believe a minor has provided us information, please contact us and we will address it.
