These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of isoivhydration.com (the "Site") and the mobile IV hydration services ("Services") provided by Iso IV Hydration, a service of The Iso Group ("Iso IV," "we," "us," or "our"), operating in Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties, Florida.
1. Who provides the Services
IV hydration and vitamin infusions are administered by licensed nurses acting within their scope of practice under Florida law, with clinical oversight and standing orders as required by applicable Florida statutes and Board of Nursing regulations.
2. Booking and payment
Appointments are booked through the Site, by phone, or by text. Payment is due at time of booking or at time of service, as specified during checkout. The price in effect at the time of your appointment applies; current pricing on the Site is subject to change for future bookings.
3. Cancellations, rescheduling, and no-shows
Text or call 954-440-5077, or email jheanelle@the-iso-group.com, as soon as you know you need to cancel or reschedule. A separate Refund & Cancellation Policy with our specific notice window and any fees will be published on this Site; until then, contact us directly and we'll work it out with you.
4. Not emergency medical care
Our Services are elective wellness infusions, not a substitute for emergency medical care. If you're experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. Our nurses will decline or discontinue service where clinically appropriate; refunds in that situation follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. Eligibility and health disclosures
You must accurately disclose your medical history, current medications, allergies, and pregnancy status when asked, as this affects whether a given infusion is appropriate for you. We may decline Services based on this information.
6. Assumption of risk
IV therapy carries risks common to any needle-based procedure (e.g., bruising, infection, vein irritation). By booking, you acknowledge these risks. Nothing here limits our liability for our own negligence or willful misconduct.
7. Use of the Site
Don't misuse the Site, attempt automated access beyond normal browsing, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent Florida law permits, our total liability arising from your use of the Services or Site will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service giving rise to the claim.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
